How to play

Sudoku is a logic game where every puzzle is a grid with 9 rows and 9 columns. The goal is to fill in the entire grid, using only the numbers 1-9. The tricky part is that there are several restrictions on where the numbers can be placed. Here are the rules:
  • There must be exactly one of each number (1-9) in every row.
  • There must be exactly one of each number in every column.
  • There must be exactly one of each number in each of the 3x3 sub-grids (with the bold outlines)

If you cleverly apply each of these rules, then you will be able to determine the value of all the remaining squares.
To enter a guess, click on the square you want to fill and then select your number from the items that popup. If you want to clear a square, select the "." item. The squares that are filled initially cannot be cleared. When you have successfully completed the puzzle, a message will appear to tell you that you have won.
